We're Still Here!

Sorry Mom - I get caught up in our own blog that I forget to post on the family blog. I'll catch the world up with our part of the clan.

9 more weeks of pregnancy for me - yay! Luke and I have loved this time, but we're anxious to meet our daughter now. I'm starting to have Braxton-Hicks contractions...noticed them for the first time a couple days ago, and today they were much more noticeable. My last day of work should be around the middle of March, and I think Luke is jealous that I get to take some time off. Thankfully his job allows paternity leave, so not too much longer until he gets some good time off too.

Other than preparing for the baby, not much is going on with the Presleys. We're so boring these days, but it's nice to kind of hibernate and focus on just us for a bit before our lives totally change.

Ok, now it's another siblings' turn to post on here!

HELLOOO Hellooo hellooo....

Anyone out there? Hmmm, I guess that means there is nothing worth noting going on in the Denning clan? Doubt it!

I started my Master Gardening class today, to become certified as a Texas Master Gardener. I think I will like this, more than I thought. The idea of having to contribute 50 volunteer hours to various activities in order to receive the certification was a little daunting, but I believe it will be feasable, not to mention fun. I'm hoping to learn lots and actually be able to harvest something from my garden this year.

On another note, the birds love the new bird feeder! Thanks Jon and Charlie!

Free Coffee!!

Free tall cup of brewed coffee at Starbucks today. Just ask! You don't even have to tell them you voted - apparently it's illegal to offer rewards for voting even if it IS only coffee!

Enjoy!
